Round Table: 70 people
Boardroom or Board Meeting: Chairs are arranged around a large rectangular or oval table. This layout can accommodate 50 participants. It is an excellent choice for team meetings as it facilitates communication and a friendly atmosphere.
Classroom Style: In this layout, chairs and tables face the speaker, similar to a traditional classroom setting. Participants are seated 2 to 4 per table. This layout is particularly useful for multi-day seminars, allowing participants to take notes while following the presentation. It can accommodate 40 people.
U-shape: This layout involves arranging chairs and tables in the shape of a "U," accommodating 40 participants. It is a popular format for promoting interaction while ensuring good visibility towards the screen or the speaker at the front.
